i have been using frontpage express for a while now but then i wanted to uswe frames so i aksed around and all i got was "DREAMWEAVER" so i tried. Yes its good for frames but i couldn't work out how to use the tables and other stuff so i gave up and went back to frontpage express and have figured out to make my sites better without using frames

You shouldn't need to start again - just replace all references to

file:///C|/Documents%20and%20Settings/Alexj/Desktop/buttons/

with

http://www.efc82.fsnet.co.uk/

Or, seeing as it seems that your graphics are in the root directory, just remove the 'file:///' part and leave the image name.

Don't know what software you're using, but you should be able to do it with a text editor's find/replace function.
