well im 100% sure im after a new computer next year but i would like to know around what price it would come and which is the cheapest, best, worse retailer to use.

They cost about £10..for the best ones!
+ almost everyone needs them now, either Broadband or a network...or both.
would imagine that if they're giving free mods away then they're expecting he sort of people that take intrest in their PCs, e.g. people who go to LANs... :p

either that or they just want to give something away as a promotion or summet.

i think by next year they will have the option and 3-4ghz..... good for me !

Yes, but everyone needs a 2.8ghz CPU, whereas only some people will want NICs...

They should probably do something about that, selling their PCs with mods, 2.8Ghz CPUs and no NICs :D

hmmm dont think they do include network cards but im sure if u buy a component not with the system they will fit it in for you.

I'm pretty sure network cards are included, it's like a standar thing now. Although they're almost as easy as ram to fit :D only difference is your given drivers which need to be install...it's really that hard :p
But yeah, the MAXX PCs are quite good.

v nice prices but pentium or athlon i aint used a pentium pc in a while....

Have a look at some of the maxx pc's here the 2.8gig and get a case mod fitted.
