"Jeffers or kanu"

WEll after weeks of without Dennis we have been playing Kanu in his place..... Franny wasnt even on the bench for the blackburn match!
I personally think Kanu is a donkey more than he plays good.... even wiltord is better alongside henry than him!
Any opinions?

Kanu's experience is what Arsenal need in the European games, but he isn't the type-of goal-scorer Henry may be looking for as a partner.
He's too tall really, and he can't really do much except flick the ball up-and-around his head and pass it off. He can't make dynamic pacey runs likes Henry, and he hasn't got Bergkamp's overall 'finess' in what he does.

Then again, Jeffers is English - and he isn't Ian Wright. How's he supposed to play well with a load of foreigners around him?
He was never that great a player anyway, just a decent young talent who out-shone the rest amongst a small team of no-hopers.
But if given the time and chances - like what Forlan is getting at United - I think he would be able to find his feet and start scoring goals like he did in the League and Cups for Everton. But i'd still be doubtfull for him to do as-well in Europe though.

Kanu for me at the moment. Unless Jeffers is given time.
I've never realised it before but Arsenal are lacking a striker!
They need an Anelka really.

I would personally try out Jeffers to see if he can perform how did for the England U21's team. But when I always see him play in a Arsenal shirt, he never seems to be any good.

Kanu is a higher quality than Jeffers at the moment, but I'm sure that Jeffers will soon be as good as Kanu, if not better.

Kanu is playing very well at the moment. Jeffers is a completly different player to Kanu. He is more of a box player whilst kanu is an 'intelligent' striker, but Kanu is also scoring at the moment, and with Jeffres still finding his feet at Ar$e, so I dont think they will replace him at this moment in time.

Kanu has been playing very well I think he looks like he is enjoying his football again. Jeffers got a hatrick for under 21s and he is always likely to get a chance but he has to stay injury free.

Forget them 'cos they're rubbish. With the return of your two wingers you can put Wiltord or Toure up front and then Aliadiere when he regains fitness when either Bergkamp or Henry are out. Kanu should have left along with Grimandi ages ago as he just seems to have lost that sparkle he had in his first season and become pants.

It's a hard chocie between Kanu and Jeffers but i'd go for kanu.

jeffers playing like he did for England U21's would be better than Kanu...

Kanu should take Bergkamps place for 3 more matches as in he is faceing a 3-match ban.

But Kanu or Jeffers I'd go for Kanu, on that one.
