Said this before...

Pressing return starts a new paragraph, which puts a break in the page. Shift-Enter starts a new line, and dosnt insert a break.

Well..it's probably a lot easier, it's not going to blow up if you have a little look around, it's a good idea if you just look at everything.

open a new page and just click lots of buttons....
view > thing > new thing

like that. It really doesn't hurt to actually find the srtuff for yourself, you'll probably remeber where it is next time you need it too.

links on Dreamweaver, without doing it the HTML way, highlight the text and go: format > font > (in here) or right click and change your font preferences.

if you want a new line try writing it in the HTML, either
or
both give you a new line, the second 'code' is what is actually written into the HTML when you press the enter key.

also, it looks like double spacing that your getting, probably in your preferences too, either: format > 'font' or 'paragraph' thats where it is in MS Word, wouldn't have thought they'd be much difference for Dreamweaver, worth a try anyway. Sadly I havn't got Dreamweaver installed on my PC, probably should..

Yeah, that's what I was saying (maybe it was the word cheese that put you off?)

Anyway, what version is it?
