The only thing I can think of is aliens....which has been done before, and all pictures of aliens can be legitimately described as something else.
One thing I thought of though - he says "I only use internet cafés", it's a bit stupid to tell everyone. If those people wanted to get him they could through the cafés. They could release notices to the cafés with a picture of him saying he is a criminal, they'd catch him pretty quickly. I want to believe it but it all seems a bit unbelievable.
