Its service ? Allow users to create anonymous websites by letting Domain By Proxy incs information be used instead of the person who owns the site.

This service is new, and started mid September 2002. However, a read of Domain By Proxy incs terms and fine print does reveal that, whilst not allowing the information to be revealed by the kind of searches me and Knick Knack have done, it will reveal the information to law enforcement and if anything illegal is done with the site. In short his info, even if this was genuine is about only secret from the public, and not anyone else.
Still no doubt that this is one big publicity stunt, besides I know what you'll all see on 8 March 2003 *winks* :)
