I've made a web promotion page,
There reason it hasn't got very much on it is that it's only just been put up a couple of hours ago.

I just want to know what you think of it!

That's bad, really bad! Youdon't stand a dairy milk's chance in hell of getting anywhere with that. Who the hell would pay to have their add on that, and why am I here even trying to answer that one for you!

Give up with the idea of trying to make money out of nothing, go with affiliation instead, you hve noting there worth paying for! You'd have more chance increasing traffic for you so called clients by using mail instead of a badly design, ill thought out site.

I spend hours putting together advertising proposals for websites looking at revenue, possible hits, e-marketing and traffic generation, and this has to be the funniest I have ever seen! I sell banner ad space on one site and that only works as the click thoughs are enourmous, but then it gets over 500,000 unique visitors per month... 150+ won't get you any where!

Your hit counter said 156 when I saw it about 5 mins ago... how many of those hits are "Unique"?

Nice idea, badly though out...

Its a nice idea, but there really is no chance of anybody wanting to place a free add there, let alone pay for one. A page full of adds is something practicly every internet user clicks away from.

Maybe when you add the full content, then there is a possibilty, but still, I doubt anyone would pay for space, Internet advertising isn't as popular as it used to be. For example, how many banners do you see over the SR network that arn't one of their own?? I used to see E-bay, amongs other, but now, I generally see own product ads, and its not just SR, a lot of places now only use the banner space to internally promote their own items or serviece for sale.

The only way you could hope to make any money would be from proper affiliate prorams run by Sites, like amazon.co.uk

I wouldn't put to much hope on this idea taking off.

I would seriously doubt it!

How are people finding your site?

Where is it listed?

Everytime you view the page is counts you up!

I've refreshed 3 times now...

I'd doubt it if you have had any people come from anywhere on the net...

Maybe one or two people who have seen this topic have looked and laughed!

97 doesn't mean 97 people!

Nobody would have seen your site yet...

It's not listed under any search engines and it's not an accessible URL...

Get a domain name and get the site good enough to get listed under a search engine and you may have a chance!

At the moment though, it's just poo!

That's why i'm letting people have an have an add free.
Afterall the sites only been there for an couple of hours.

I'll be making improvements of course but this is only the first day of the site being up!
Of course the content won't be all that great.

BUt with all the visitors i'm getting at the moment somebody will surely want to advertise on it.
