A freakshow town like no other on earth, a whole city designed around the premise of removing money from tourists.
A magnet for people with 'issues', and for wealthy tourists, where you could never sleep, just keep cycling through the shows, clubs, theme parks and casinos.
Apparently they're building a 'rival' gambling town in China somewhere. Vegas but with more Asian chicks. It sounds like it has its appeals.
