right!!!!

like on my old site "www.efc82.fsnet.co.uk/welcome1.htm" where i have a side bar down the left hand side, on my new site i would like one at the bottom, eg on the bottom of www.social-science.co.uk

i use frames (i think) and html. What is the html for it please.

They use their own online page builders, maybe they just insert that code, Yahoo uses it's own..obviously.
