I don't think she is
What do you think?
(lyrics for reference)
She's got a smile that it seems to me
Reminds me of childhood memories
Where everything
Was as fresh as the bright blue sky
Now and then when I see her face
She takes me away to that
special place
And if I stared too long
I'd probably break down and cry
Sweet child o' mine
Sweet love of mine
She's got eyes of the bluest skies
As if they thought of rain
I hate to look into those eyes
And see an ounce of pain
Her hair reminds me
of a warm safe place
Where as a child I'd hide
And pray for the thunder
And the rain
To quietly pass me by
Sweet child o' mine
Sweet love of mine
Where do we go
Where do we go now
Where do we go
Sweet child o' mine

I reckon Izzy was better than gilby, but matt was WAY better than steve!
Just listen to it with an open mind, that's all I ask.
*His solos may have sounded great, but bear in mind that he only ever used 1 scale! (Pentatonic Minor).

I have a wider appriciated of music than you. I do not limit myself to one particular genre, which is what you seem to have done. This is bad for you. It gives you a blinkered view and makes you think that miserable whiny music a la Coldplay and Radiohead are actually any good.
If you were to broaden your horizons and listen to other forms of music, you might be quite suprised.
I could do a CD for you if you want?
> Guns n' Roses are/were dreadful
All a matter of taste - I liked some of their stuff - Sweet Child of mine and er..... Well that's it really..
> Oh, and Rosalind, which version of Don't Cry do you prefer? The one
> from Use 1 or Use 2?
The alternate version
better lyrics
I win
Dreadful
Dreadful
and Dreadful
That's it. I suspected you had absolutely no taste in music, and now you have proven it to me.
Gah!
