I think that Belldandy has already noted what I am about to say, but in the the light of certain threads (not least http://ukchatforums.reserve.co.uk/display_messages.php? (space)threadid=55913&forumid=416 )that have appeared over the past 2 days I think it need reiterating
This was written by a staff member only a few weeks ago, and as I remember there were no objections raised to it at the time. So why aren't the staff doing what they said they would? There are several posters who have used exactly the type of language that was mentioned above. If it doesn't get through the swear filter then it shouldn't be used.
Come on Staff are you scared to do anything about it. If you keep making statements like the above and not carrying out your threats then what sort of respect are we expected to have for you?

As I said Belldandy posted a similar topic a few days ago. I may have posted in that topic (can't remember), but no, I haven't posted the fact that I am losing respect for the staff before now.

I say there is still a point. It sets an example to everyone, if the offender keeps coming back there isn't much the staff can do except ban him again if they know it is him/her or if the person re-offends.

I think it's worth considering the fact that this site is bloody massive, so it must take a long time for the staff to look at every post... as it rightly says on the Gameaday FAQ page... or somewhere along those lines.
