"Question for Hitman 2 console owners"

I've been looking at walkthroughs but they are completely different to the game I have (PC Version)

It starts in a monastary, you learn basic manouvres and go to talk to the priest in the confessional, who's then kidnapped and it kicks off from there.

1st mission is taking out the Mafia Don at his villa.
But the walkthroughs talk about a Triad hit? Tutorial with you waking up in chains????

Ive done that mission where you kill the hatamoto JR and plant a bug on him. How far have i got to go now.. ie number of missions???

That does indeed sound like it could be the first one.

In that you wake up in a mental asylum, thats the training level. Then the first mission is sniping some guy who is the head of the red dragon triads I think.

Yeah, that sounds like a walkthrough for Hitman 1. I've found no walkthroughs for Hitman 2 yet, but I've finished the game twice over, so what the hell.

LOL, you might have found a hitman1 walkthrough, im not sure cos ive never played the first game. Well i tried once but the demo i had wouldnt run on my pc.

I dont know where they got the triads from, i have the xbox version and the 1st mission (after the church) is the attack on the Don in the villa. The triads mission is about 5 or 6 later in the game. Maybe they got their wires crossed somewhere along the line. Or maybe they havnt completed the walkthrough. 1st mission is the Villa to kill don. 2nd is st.petersburg, 3rd is also st.petersburg, 4th cant remember .... etc. Im on the mission where you have to kill some japanese guy and then plant a bug on him so that when they carry his body to his father, the agency will know where the father is because they dont know. HAvnt started it yet tho/
