Is that the one where all the boos are in the way?
You have to get Yoshi, to do this you need a pineapple, go into the mens toilet and look up there should be a wet patch on the ceiling. Do a wall jump up to the wet spot and you'll be in one of the Hotel rooms. Spray the painting until a boo appears to get into the next room. Keep going round by spraying bookcases and other stuff until you get into an empty room with a guy looking for his pineapple, stomp on the mark on the floor to drop into another room and get the pineapple out of the crate.
When you've got Yoshi go to the top floor of the hotel to the open room, jump on the bed to get into the maze, now Yoshi can eat the ghosts and you make your way through the maze.
Is that the one you're talking about?
