If Microsoft want to release their second console at the same time as the PS3, in 2005, are you going to feel ripped off?

I say sony will have the upper hand anyways, just because it is 'cool'. If I ask aanybody in school about trading an X-Box for a PS2 they laugh at me

I love Gaming, I don't give a damn about the company behind it, i'm not bothered about scrounging the internet for sales figures, I love playing my xbox and its excellent choice of games.

GC last 7 years? Erm no that will not happen. Will I fee ripped off? Hell no, I've never held on to a console for 3 years before. Once the PS started to get boring I got a DC, once it went down the tubes I saw Xbox as the best for me so I got it. I'm quite happy that I've been getting in on Xbox right from the start.
I love getting a new console anyway. Antisipating, buying plugin it up for the first time. If I was GC owner I wuld want a new console form Nintendo, a hell of a lot changes in 7 years.
Proves only 1 thing, Sony won't have another easy ride to console dominance. No 1 and a half year head start with no competition. No huge user base before the other formats are even released.
I'd say they will both be launch mere months apart. MS will follow up PS3 with Xbox2 in a few months. Sony and MS are going to fight for our cash,
and its gonna be messy. :P

Yeah I'm fine with that release date. It'll be no different to the usual process of buying a new console. Afterall, if like me you buy consoles from various companies rather than just fanatically following one, youend up buying a new console every 2, 3 or 4 years anyway.
Not really, I upgrade my PC far more times than once every 3 years...
