There we are, another argument easily solved by someone with eyes :)
Anyway, if all goes to plan, the Freeloader will be out before the next issue of G-force, so technically, Datel wont be lying.
Where, you ask and how?
Last Months Ge-Force magazine Adverts and.........
This Months Ge-Force magazine!!
By the way, for those that don't know, Ge-Force magazine is owned and run by Datel, you'll never see a bad review of a Datel product there!

It's not up to Datel to say though. Sure, Datel have now advised on the FAQ not to buy any import games until the products are released, but that wasn't Datel's responsibility in the first place.
That's because Datel fought for it when Nintendo tried to sue them over the old Gamesharks.
So no, using the Action Replay and Freeloaders does not invalidate your warranty (it's like saying an unoffical controller would).
Anyway, Resi Evil asks you to open your GameCube whilst the game is running - it's perfectly safe providing the 'Cube ain't trying to read the discs.
