There are 6 people banned on the Top 100 posters list and another on the sorted by words list. Thats more than I have ever, ever seen before.

Lying can be passive as well as active

But it isn't lying, he/she wouldn't have told anyone up until that point that he was going to "type up a review completely from his own mind". It is a STUPID thing to do, I'll give you that. But I wouldn't label it with many other bad things in the world, with which the term "disgusting" can be used.
