"I thought 'The Others' was crap"

Just saw a review of The Others in Empire magazine. They gave it 4 stars (out of 5).

I thought it was crap.

I saw the 'twist' coming a mile off, and I thought that Nicole Kidman was really wooden in it.

Mind you, I consider 'A Life Less Ordinary' to be a great film, so maybe my opinion isn't the best to trust.

So, the whole point of the movie was that Eric Sykes was a ghost? Pssht, I could have had a better storyline watching 'Sykes' on UKGold.

I thought the others was brilliant. I was really scared all the way through it, and I didn't even 'get it'. I got sixth sense after the first scene.

I'm gonna buy it on DVD when it comes out

possibly a girls film

No-one trusts my opinion, as I rate Armageddon as one of the best films ever made...
