"I thought 'The Others' was crap"

Just saw a review of The Others in Empire magazine. They gave it 4 stars (out of 5).

I thought it was crap.

I saw the 'twist' coming a mile off, and I thought that Nicole Kidman was really wooden in it.

Mind you, I consider 'A Life Less Ordinary' to be a great film, so maybe my opinion isn't the best to trust.

I loved the fact that at the end when they have all found out they are dead, the first thing they say is. "shall I put the kettle on for a cup of tea". You could almost think it was set in England

I'm going to watch this.

I kept expecting Terry & June to rise out of the ground in a zombie-like state.
