Have you all noticed the abserlutely astonishing graphics on the game cube? Developers must have spent bloody ages making these games, on Turok Revelution, each bush is individually done and on wave race, the water has the exact reflection. This is truely zeeming ahead of PS2.

Well the water effects in Turok Evolution (on all formats) are more than slightly rubbish, and in comparison to the AMAZING water effects of Resident Evil, I don't think any game can claim their water effects are amazing.

Nah, not everything mate, look at Cel Damage, Simpsons Road Rage etc. Not really that outstanding when they're exactly the same as their Xbox and PS2 counterparts.

Everything in all games is good so far on the GC, mind you, I've only played on 4 games :D.

hehe GC is just an ultimate consle for me, I'm not saying PS2 is bad, I've played PS2 games quite a few times and I enjoy them but Nintendo win again. I can't say about xbox, I've never seen a real one.

The first game I saw was Smash Bros Melee when dom (mate) come over with his GC, I played it and it was ........... amazing!!!!!! The controller is totally good too.
Yes, the graphics are rather nice looking on the whole, but the majority of gamers look for more than just graphics in a game.
If a game doesn't last long at all, and has amazing graphics, it won't sell too well.
If a game does last ages, and doesn't have amazing graphics, then it'll sell a bit better, but not much.
If a game does last ages, AND has amazing graphics, then it'll sell really well.
They key here is to have good graphics and good gameplay.

And i totally agree... im yet to see any GC game that hasnt blown me away visually.
The first game i ever saw on the GC was luigis mansion... right at the start as luigi walks up the stairs and dust clouds rise beneath his shoes... simple yet beautifully done.
