Ok all you cats, no more bull. Just how trustworthy is Ebay?

I mean, I saw Doshin the giant today on there for £4 but can it really be that good? How can they do that? Just how many trucks drive around the UK with there goods 'falling' off the back...Have any of you had a bad experience with it? Or is it all good in which case, I'll have myself a copy of Doshin for 80% off its RRP.

And check what postage is, if it's not stated on the auction email to find out. A lot of sellers (not me !) will add a pile on for postage if an item goes for a small sum, someone once quoted me £4.50 to send a DVD ! INsane, even recorded costs just under £2.

Yeah, Pictures and long descriptions help, and ALWAYS look at their feedback like BellDandy said.

Ebay is unfortunately only as trustworthy as the seller you deal with. Check out feedbacks they have - I know this is obvious, and what else they are selling. Like you say, everything starts out cheap (mostly) then rockets close to the end.

I've been buying and selling for 3 years now with very little problems, apart from a few non paying bidders who have felt my wrath....or been banned from Ebay lol :)

Best thing to do is stick with people who have pictures and always ask questons if you're not sure - if they don't answer then don't buy !

And for your information, the the price of other games going for the amount Doshin is doesn't sky rocket, they still sell for a considerable amount less then the RRP.
