Which part is that? Didn't really understand as I can't remember the name of the levels.
Is it where you chase Morello to the port?
If so then you need to change the track signals and use the fuel tank with the woden block at the wheel which thens smashes into the door where Morello and more guards are hiding.
If it isn't that level then explain the one you are on a little more.
