The last time I visited CA Games, I wasn't too impressed - hardly any GC games, hardly any Nintendo shelves at all, to be precise, and filled up with PS2 and X-Box games. This was rather surprising, seeing as the owner of the shop works for Nintendo. Anyway, I was happy to see that all has changed since then.
There are 2 demo-playing consoles for GC, XBox and PS2, and the demo-player is allowed to select their own demo to play, ranging from games such as Starfox, to Beach Spikers, to Mario Sunshine, which I think is a really good feature. I played on Starfox Adventures, Super Mario Sunshine, Super Monkey Ball 2, Eternal Darkness, Resident Evil, Doshin The Giant and Beach Spikers. I enjoyed all of them, lots.
Starfox and Mario Sunshine stand out from the rest - they're both brilliant! Excellent stuff! The rest are fairly good as well, with the exception of Eternal Darkness and Beach Spikers. Eternal Darkness is just a bit too dark and dull, and not much is going on half the time. Beach Spikers, although looking pretty darn good, isn't actually that good to play at all. The rest of the games were fairly good though, and I was happy with that.
So, CA Games, yet again, rules. I went out to buy either Turok Evolution or Resident Evil, but didn't actually get either (:-(), and spent about an hour immersing myself in some of the best games I've ever played. Only on GC, naturally.
Meh! This is a bit longer than expected. :-D

The prices for American games are pretty reasonable. usually £49.99 or £54.99. Some are cheaper than that though, but some are more expensive. Eternal Darkness is £64.99.
They've got fairly good prices for PAL games too - Luigi's Mansion is only £19.99 now and some other games are £24.99.
I'm not sure if they deliver, but check the website anyway. :-)
And this CA Games is the only one in the UK, and lucky old me lives right next to it. :-D
