"I Don't care about Rare!!!!"

I know there's a topic already on this but i really don't mind Rare going to Microsoft!!!! Banjo Kazooie in my opinion was OK but not a great game, Perfect Dark was brilliant but i doubt very much that it can live up to the expectations of the first one, and they rushed it at the end anyway, why aliens??? Other Rare games were good but not massively missed {ok it is ashame we're not seeing Perfect Dark} My Gamecube is great and has not one Rare game on it, Nintendo making Donkey Kong will bring it back to it's roots and will be fantastic, Go through the list of Gamecube games Import and Pal that you have and name me one Rare Game.

SMB2
Resident Evil
Beach Spikers
Mario Sunshine
SSBM
ISS2

All great games which have came out in a matter of a few months!! I don't Care about Rare!!!!!!! Are Gamecube's will still stay the greatest system... Believe me, I WANT TO KEEP STAR FOX ADVENTURES THOUGH. :D

Conker and Joanna Dark look great. :-)

I used to think I didn't care too much about rare until I read an article today saying Rare showed off a short clip at X02 today showing Joanna Dark, Conker, Banjo and Kameo all dancing around an X-Box logo.

For some reason, this really, really annoys me...

I care about RARE and don't want them to leave. They made some very good games on N64, eg. Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Conkers Bad Fur Day etc.

There will still be some good games without Rare, but it would of been better if they had of stayed.

Rare? whos rare?

they will soon be another developer, like someone said in another topic they will be rushed. and i dont see microsoft helpping that much.

Also 5 games in 2 years + 3 (if that) = not enough to buy a console for.

so what if rare were to stop the release of star fox (not that it could ever happen , as all the copies have been made by now probably , and are still being made.) , then would you care that Rare are leaving ? I bet you'd be on your knee's crying your heart out. You love rare , you just cant admit it.

m.o.t , theres not ONE true gamer that can say they wont miss rare AT ALL.
We all say we wont miss them , when , deep down inside you really dont want them to go, we are just hiding are emotions, i honestly went all tingly when i read the official announcment , that wasn't a happy tingling , that was a sad , inshock like tingling as we all didn't think it was going to happen.

Banjo kazooie wasn't ok , it was great ! it was a game that i played from start to finish , i never wanted to stop, i never left it for a week then came back to it , unlike so many other games that i just left.
Rare games are great, they're not OK , or plainly good , they are superb. Some may have been a bit more dodgy than others, but all in all they are very good , and if you are a true gamer then you would see what you are missing out on. (im not directing this directly at you , as loads of people are saying what you said , it's just that not one of you are being completley sincere.)
