Well I think the GameGube, cause with a tug on the controller, you could easily tip the GC over. Its a cube, so it has no large foot print to place its weight on. PS2 is a rectangle; the weight is spread over a greater area. It could only be pulled over if you stand your PS2 vertical. As for the XBox, its size and weight simple prevents it from moving even an inch.

Does make sense, unless you've got some shoddy little portable TV, but then it'd be a lot less likely to smash the system if it were to fall.
