Its been so lovely and peacful on campus all through the summer. Now thoses pesky students are back agan and I couldn't find anywhere to have my morning coffee cause they have taken over the university and all its coffee shops.

Yes folks its registration day once more, all the eleven year old looking first years have decended upon us

Of course I was a first year registering student on a day similar to this four years ago, but thats when students were great know they are just pains in the bottom.

For all of you new students registering today Have a Great day, and no offence. (Unless of course you are at hull uni)

No students were harmed in the making of this post (well not to many)

My campus is for music/fashion/media etc, so most of the kids are arty types, and stoners. Very few radgies, which is great. The people who live next to the campus must be sick of us by now though, heh

I'm year 11 too but in Scotland that's S4 and we do standard grades instead of GCSE's god it's confusing :S

I'm still at GSCE! Well i'm in Year 11 anyway.....

Going to College and Uni septmember next year.

Ive only experienced it for a week but student life is the bee's knees. University challenge is coming on so i'd best be off.

Students are annoying! I can never get a seat in starbucks because of them BAH to them all when I become a student I'll laugh at people my age now but that's not the point :D

Ah, my first day at UNI today.

Nearly fell asleep in the introduction thingy (8:45AM!)...Hadnt been up that early in like 3 months. Met someone i knew from College that i didnt even know was going UNI. that was nice...

I'm doing a combined modular degree thingy where i gotta pick a third subject this week. Its a toss up between Statistics and philosophy. Philosphy sounds pretty easy going, but apparently i'm allowed to miss all the lectures for Stats and still be allowed to take the exam...I'm pretty good at stats anyway, done 2 modules of it for A-level maths.

Went to enrol today for the second year of my course...queued for 2 hours just to get a piece of paper and the cheque, hordes of first years everywhere looking like lost sheep and/or "look at me I'm cool".

Yes, I'm only in the second year, but if I hadn't of had a year out then I'd be in the third year. There are about 8 other people on my course who've done the same. Basically it's a bit like a leper colony or something lol :)

Also, why do people assume because you've been there a year you know where things are ? Wandering back to the car park today there's like 10 or so first years asking for places I've never heard of !

Still, with just 9 hours of lessons a week, 12 hours a week at my part time job, I can't knock being a student but sometiems its still like being back at school.
