"Unforgiven Predictions"

After the superb summer showing that was Summerslam, (God Shawn Michaels rules - doubters, eat ten helpings of humble pie), it is time for the next WWE PPV to grace our screens...Unforgiven. With little or no build up to most of the matches, I am not anticipating great things on Sunday. The fact that Summerslam was so good (in my opinion, better than WM18 and the best since WM17) will probably make this seem even worse.

Hey, I could be wrong (but I doubt it :D). But one thing I am is bored, so here is my Unforgiven predictions, in probable match order...

Eddie Guerrero vs. Edge

Not too much of a build-up here, apart from there altercation on Smackdown which left Edge wearing the crimson mask. That, plus the fact that Guerrero emerged victorious from their bout at the last PPV, means Edge will probably win here. By the way, has anyone noticed how Edge has sunk to the back recently? Before he got that shoulder injury it seemed like he was destined for really big things, but he kind of sunk back into the mid card mire.

Prediction: Edge

Molly Holly(c) vs. Trish Stratus (Women's Title Match)

Again, hardly any build up, but who cares? This match isn't going to make the difference between a good or a great PPV, and the womens division is going nowhere fast, so I'm going for Molly to retain.

Prediction: Molly Holly

Yawn, I really am bored, so I can’t be bothered to do a paragraph for the rest, so…

UnAmericans vs. Kane, Bubba, Booker and Goldust: The addition of Regal shows that WWE haven’t given up on the UnAmericans yet, so I’m going for them. BTW, why isn’t Booker in the IC Title match?

Ric Flair vs. Y2J (c) IC Title Match: Don’t really care about this one, if they have any sense Jericho should retain, Flair should retire.

Billy and Chuck vs. Rosie and Jamal: Interesting, very interesting. That’s all I’m writing. :D

Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar (c) Undisputed Title: Undertaker shouldn’t even be in this match, he’s just had a run with the title and there is no point Brock losing so soon after winning, especially to UT, so I’m going for Brock to win, with Heyman heavily involved (and that is NOT a reference to his size) somewhere.

RVD vs. HHH World Title Match: Please, let RVD win – the fans love him, and even more so, they hate Triple H. I used to hate HHH because he was a heel, but still admire him because he put on some amazing matches. But now I hate him and don’t admire him. He dominates every …damn …Raw and is boring. I want RVD to win but I know he won’t. HHH to win.

Unforgiven should be an average show, I think.

My predictions agree exactly with Grandprix's, so I won't need to type the whole thing out. :-D

Excellent stuff, bit stupid though considering Noble hasn't been on Smackdown for the past couple of weeks though.

That should be a good match. A nice addition to the card.

Well, the two matches im most looking forward to are Unamericans Vs Kane, Bubba, Booker and Goldust and Billy and Chuck Vs Rosie and Jamal. I dont know why! Maybe because I think the results of the main events are gonna be so predictable...

I mean, obviously, Triple H to beat RVD and also Brock to beat Taker...

I'm actually quite looking forward to Unforgiven tonight, even if it hasn't had much build-up. A lot of good matches on the card, especially now that people like Austin, Hogan, and the nWo have gone. Angle/Benoit, Edge/Guerrero, Billy and Chuck/Rosey and Jamal, HHH/RVD and even Taker/Lesnar should all be good to fantastic matches, and I'm looking forward to watching the Living Legend Y2J whip some Ric Flair butt. :D

I hope they add Chavo vs Rikishi to the card too, I really like Chavo and Rikishi has always been a bit of a personal fave.

Angle V Benoit

This should so easily be match of the night. This should so be for the title. I'm taking a complete shot in the dark and go for Benoit.

Prediction: Benoit

Eddie Guerrero vs. Edge

If they want Edge main eventing, he has to win this one. If they want to suppress Edge or make the score level, Guerrero will win. I'm going for Guerrero.

Molly Holly(c) vs. Trish Stratus (Women's Title Match)

Don't care. Molly for no reason other than this has had zero build up.

UnAmericans vs. Kane, Bubba, Booker and Goldust

The UnAmericans are really starting to annoy and Booker is so buried, you need more than a shovel to find him. The UnAmericans to lose just because I want them to.

Ric Flair vs. Y2J (c) IC Title Match

Ric Flair is fast becoming the Raw jobber and as Y2J has only just won the title and Flair beat him at Summerslam, I'm going with Y2J. I'm hoping they play a injury storyline for Flair. He needs a break.

Prediction: Y2J

Billy and Chuck vs. Rosie and Jamal

Wow! The Island Boys get a match! Let's hope they don't suck. I can't see Steph doing HLA so Billy and Chuck to win here.

Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar (c) Undisputed Title

I'm so sick of Brock with that belt. He hasn't faced anyone good since he won it. End the misery! This is a lose-lose match in my opinion. I think Brock will continue walking over everyone in what is bound to be an awful match.

RVD vs. HHH World Title Match

Me wants RVD to win so bad, but knowing HHH, he will pick up the win further infuriating every fan. RVD is ready!

Prediction: HHH (Prove me wrong WWF!)

An average looking card in my opinion. I hope that the cruiserweights get a match added. Nothing like a good cruiserweight match.

OOP, didn't read it properly ignore me. Hope Undertaker doesn't win, he annoys me the big texan one move poof.
