Is it me or are all mario platform games the same? Don't get me wrong i love all mario games but the aim of the story is always to rescue Princess Peach/Daisy(in the older games). Why can't it be some one else that gets kidnapped? basically all the games are jump, kill a few enemies, jump, kill bowser/king cooper and rescue peach/daisy. Even the film was the same!!!

From reading the topic name I highly disagree.

You might make links between the sometimes similar storylines but your forgeting how different the games are.

Think of The second Yoshi's island where you carried mario on your back. And the innovative graphics and worlds that morphed around you, today that remains one of the most original games to date.

Sunshine is basically a sequel to mazza 64, nothing completely ground-breaking, but even if its just slightly better than mazza 64, then excellent is a major understatement.

I think that Edgy calling 'it' 'it' is dead funny

I agree with Edgy about Wario Land, I loved that game too, had a great time. I remember a bit called the teapot mountain or something funny like that. (:)

I was only responding to that one particular member. If he/she (it?) can't appreciate my time I spend on here taking part in the discussions, then that's 'it's problem, and if 'it' can't cope with it, what is 'it' doing here?

As Bart Simpson would say, Get Bent.

Why should I shut up? All I did was briefly explain the plots of each game. If you've got a problem with that then I suggest you see a counsillor.

In reguards to Wario Land. Mario flies the giant statue of Peach away with a helicoptor near the end of the game. It's his castle, yet some woman who appears in the next game is the 'owner' of the genie that you fight.

Untrue... Anybody who has the 'Daisy' Trophy on Melee will agree with me.

i think Nintendo should keep the same gameplayable eliments in their Mario games but change the plot.
