Er-no was banned, then became a notable. Does that count?

That's just it...the only reason Notables get away with more is because they're notables. Ok, if posting crap is supposed to be 'personality' (more like showing off and trying to look cool infront of unknown people), then how are the newbies and regulars meant to gain their own online personalities when they get banned for doing so?
