For me, it is.

It's weird, I played it and loved it, but now I'm either frustrated or bored and I just sit there bashing the buttons. Not a good thing.

Has anyone else got the feeling that SSBM is nor fun nor skilful?
I have.

i havent played smash bros in ages , i never really get into fighting games , they last for a while , then adventure gams come out and push it aside , saying that , i havent played any of my first GC games for ages , since i got mario and pikmin , i havent play monkey ball , wave race , smash bros or star wars. It's sad really.

Super Smash Bros Melee isn't as good as the original Super Smash Bros for me but just look what the gamecube has done for the game.

It has brought us more playable nintendo characters!

It has brought us more moves for each character!

It has brought us more one player modes!

It has brought us more two player modes!

It has brought us new levels(and some old ones)

It has brought us new mini games

It has brought us nintendo trophies

And the graphics have been improved!

Owning Super Smash Bros Melee is a great investment

Events are fun I think.
I've only had it for about a month so far. I had a 5 day break from it a while back and it was hella fun for a bit... I think I need another 5 day break from it...

I must be the only person in the world to enjoy single player. No-one likes completing event matches? The Stadium? The Trophies? All Star, Classic, Adventure?

The single player mode, to me, is just as boring as it was last week.

Everyone should really give the single player mode another go. You'll find it's not just a multiplayer based game and is very fun on your own too.
