Main verse/chorus:
A, D
The chords work best if you hammer down and sharpen the last fretted notes on each one (if you know what I mean, like sharpen the last note you're pressing down), adding a little harmony in there. Then, for the filler-change bit, it's a good old:
D, C, G, A
Which is pretty easy if you play bar chords...but it sounds best played as normal chords (exception of the hammer down bits).
There, aren't I a nice guy? Oh, and the intro is just playing on the top E string 7th and 9th frets with a piano doing the chords.
Don't say I never did anything for you. Thanks to be posted in this thread :-D
Jeff Buckley's is better

um no?
Is that all you have to say about one of the geniusest musicians ever?
Not only was he a mean guitarist, but he had one of the best voice ever. And he would have won pop idol in style, were he still alive.
Yeah baby.

Heh, yeah. But it is actually a really good song, with the vocals in there. The chords are more of a background noise than something to really help the song be great.

Um...no.
Or at least thats what I would be saying if i'd actually heard the damn thing. Must do that sometime. Mind you - the chords are pretty bog standard, so my hopes for the song are not high.
And the title is nicked from a Jeff Buckley song.
Which I recommend you listen to.
Now.
