Here what ya have to do is choose a pet hate (Different them every two weeks)
and write a couple of paragraphs saying why it should go into Thread 101.
I'll ask a couple of questions about your choice and i'll decide whether or not it goes in.

I agree spam e-mails are annoying.
but you'll know that when you sign up on your e-mail account you get the chance to sign up for things like bolt and stuff like that.
then they pass your e-mail adress onto other companies and the other companies pass it onto other companies and so on.
Maybe if you didn't sign up to the stuff in the first place you wouldn't get get spam mail or a better phrase for it Junk Mail. 'cos that's what it is.

They're annoying, no one in their right mind would take up the offers, and you get stupid ones in your inbox that no normal person would be interested in, like very sick porn sites.
What makes it even worse is that no ISP's even bother to try and stop it or take action against those sending them, as they've not got a clue themselves what to do about it, and the idiots in Brussels think making up a law saying Spam is illegal will solve anything...most of them wouldn't know an email from a mouse point.
