It portrays the SAS as a cross between spoilt schoolboys, bloodthirsty killers and maniacs.
Highlights *sarcasm*;
Ross Kemp's character hitting and knocking out a screaming female hostage he's just rescued.
Ross Kemp's character unloading a clip into a robber wose trying to surrender.
One character going all teary eyed when he's sees the medic wheel the bad guys out in body bags, after he's just shot a guy in the head earlier...
The SAS being called to a bank robbery.
The SAS being told to arrest people....
Nearly every character having a (in many cases fake) stiff english upper lip and classic "tally ho" accent.
And ton's more.........
Don't waste your time with this program, it was badly scripted, cliched, boring, stupid and had about as much in common with the SAS as I do.

(OK, X Files may be floundering a bit, but I've watched every episode ever so I'm not quitting now !)
Why won't they learn that companies like HBO are raking in the cash green crop, simply by making intelligent, or at least interesting on more than one level, dramas? Six feet Under, the Sopranos, hell even Sex in the City.
Instead they turn out this dross every couple of months. The sad fact is, that for every prat given the money to make these things, there are loads of talented people with good ideas who find them deemed "uncommercial". Their only hope is to be selected as the TV company's prestige series.
This is really bugging me at the moment. The more you dumb down the lower people's expectations become, and so the more they dumb down in response. I'm not asking for Arthur Miller plays on prime time, all I want is a drama that doesn't think its core audience is made up of drooling plebs.
