This is to allow all Elves to have paid bank holidays, paid time off for runny noses, 8 weeks paid holiday, paid time off to get pregnant, paid time off for being pregnant, paid time off if their wife is pregnant, paid time off if they have a sick relative, paid time off to buy Elves uniforms, free meals, tax relief on Elves shoes, pensions and incurance, protection from being trodden on, low emmissions enforcement on sleighs, safety over clothing for when it is cold, sponsored snowball fights, better housing, share of wood for heating, minimum wage and maximum working day.
Also you are not allow to say PIXIE to an elf.
