Come on everone, lets get into the guiness book of records. Write completely random stuff here, and try to get the thread longer than 600 replies (the world record) WOOHOO LETS GO. In fact i got an i dea, lets have a word game. I write a word, and u reply with the first word which comes into your head.

maybe u were so used to using a PC that the imac was so simple u couldn't understand it and with ur PC infested brain u managed to crash it.
U can always wipe it with a simple £5 disk, it starts the whole thing up from 0.

We've had an iMac that has never worked, has been in for repair three times, and now it's in the skip.

It's the same all the time with them. No parts, no warranty. It's OK for the consumer, because they have rights. But we don't. If you bought a Mac from us and it went wrong we are responsible, not Apple.

That's why Apple dealers go bust.

I got an 8600 monitor repaired quicktime. and this is the only equipment I have ever needed to be repaired! in 10 years.

Lack of demand, lack of price protection (buy stock one day and they put the price down the next), lack of reasonable supplies, lack of margin, lack of anybody sensible at Apple.

Have you ever tried to get a Mac repaired? They are HOPELESS
