Dichloro diphenyltri chloroethane (more commonly known as DDT or enahteorolhc irtlynehpid orolhciD to meka_dragon) is 31 letters long and and longest word to appear in any dictionary. I had to use spaces in it to avoid the automatic sensor, it is actually all one word.

Supercalifragi.. etc is actually 34 letters long, but does not appear in any official version of the Oxford or Cambridge dictionaries.

Dichloro diphenyltri chloroethane has the edge over supercalifragi.. etc because it is a 'real' word.
