Did you know you can straight jacket yourself without actually needing a proper straigh jacket?

All you need to do is take your arms up your sleeves and then sliding them into the opposite arm. Make sure your elbows go past the elbows on the sleeve. Ta da!!!

My sister did this to me while I was asleep and I woke up without realising. I thrashed around for a good 15 mins before I could get out!
