Now this is a killer idea. You start off as an unemployed gaming enthusiast that wants to start his own gaming company like Special Reserve. It would be on the PC, allowing for better graphics and more ideas.

You begin by choosing who you want to play as from a selection of gaming enthusiasts. The game would play in a Sims style, and would be based on the fun parts, leaving out things like getting planning permission!

First you must choose the name of your store. This will help to shape your future, if it is a crap name, people will not visit so much!

Now you must choose a site for your shop. You will need to pay for it though! You start of with a small amount of 'pocket money'. With this you can advertise to raise money, or employ people to do it for you. Once you have secured your site, and have enough money, you begin to build your shop.

This part is VERY like the Sims. You must place computers, offices, desks, lamps and even posters on the walls. At this point you are a one off shop, not a chain, and must appeal to a small public. You even get to choose what you will stock. To keep this up to date, downloaded patches will add all the new games that are coming out onto the game. As new games arrive on the real market, you can start to sell them in your virtual shop. You can sell games, accessories, computer hardware, and a few hidden extras like gadgets and DVD's!

But in order for you to grow you need staff. You will need people to serve customers, an advertising crew and senior management staff. If someone is not performing, fire them!

As you begin to advertise, you can expand, selling more products, and even opening new branches! You can expand to be bigger than Special Reserve!

So, you have conquered the high street market. It's time to go online! Begin to build your own online branches. Don't forget your High street stores though, if they are not looked after, you can soon become bankrupt.

You now have to employ webmasters and the like. If they are good, you will have a great website. If you don't read their CV's properly though, it can lead to disaster!

Now you must repeat the process, deciding what you want on your site. Will you have forums? What products will be available on line? Will people be able to buy online, or will it just be a product catalogue. You must even get your banners onto other sites! Will you run competitions like gameaday? It's all up to you.

That's all very well and good, but what about multiplayer. There's a whole world of gaming retailers out there! Will your be on to?

You will be able to upload your shop onto a huge world of gaming retail. Make improvements to your shop, and do market research on the entire ‘virtual public’. What shops are doing well? What have they got that yours haven't? You can go bankrupt, be awarded prizes and lots more in this crazy world of gaming!

But there's more! There are plenty of 'sub games' to play. Some include hiring assassins to kill off your opposition, deciding what your shops staff will eat, and you can even hire a hacker to take down an opponents web servers!

This game will be as realistic as possible, missing out the boring bits! The graphical possibilities are amazing, and the sounds would be cool! It even has an extensive multiplayer!

Would you like to own a huge gaming company? Well here's your chance with game retail tycoon! Coming to a store near you, possibly!
