power nap?! whats that? a sort of concentrated thing. where u get 8 hours worth of sleep in a quator of the time?

Sigh. I may as well go upstairs anyway, if I go to sleep I know I wont wake up. GT it is then..

I don't sleep, I catch a power nap between 5:30am and 7am
