Yeah I know what you mean, not sure why Nick would want to do it in College instead, that's usually when you're doing the subjects that interest you most, preparing you for work.

I couldnt really imagine a schooling without Shakespeare, it wouldnt seem right really. It may be out of date, but there is a lot of insight into issues that otherwise wouldnt have been addressed in his plays and poetry.

Yeah me my mum and brother went to Matalans the other day, some great things on sale. I didnt get anything though. My mum got a few things.

He liked using writing instruments as symbols in his poems, he did quite a bit. I think In Mutiny's Way he did something similar, must have been one you studied, all the teachers pick that one I think as its an easy one to understand.

I can't remember anything about it other than not liking something about drowning kittens or dead dogs drying out in the sun.
Didn't pay much attention to poetry and we didn't spend a lot of time on it, i remember something about his father ploughing fields and him going on about how his pen was his plough or something.

I did Seamus Heaney too. What was your favourite poem. Mine was the Skunk ad Valediction.
