Damn that's going to be one huge room, you might a well throw in a bed as you probably wont be leaving it :D

I think I would go for a projection screen, they've gotten a lot cheaper now only a few hundred for the cheapest one I think. Have a really big screen to watch movie and play games. No need to go to the cinema if your turning your living room into one.
