...and who do you see?

No inspiration.

Our strikers are not on form, and we are not scoring as a team, this is something I didn't think i'd be saying.

We defended well today and Rio was a tower at the back even with all the abuse he got - weldone and O'shea did well at right back even though I thought
* what the hell is fergie doing * with Phil Neville in the middle of the park.

but now we have cured that problem, we are playing well but not scoring, you look at the bench and there's noone else we can bring on?

What can we do...

I was just thinking the same thing. O'Shea has a great game against Chelsea and today against Leeds, both away at two very intimidating venues. This boy has a very bright future alongside Rio and Wes Brown

Were you watching the same game? O'Shea was class against Chelsea and Rio played very well today, you tell me how many chances Leeds really had and How many united had? United were cormfortable most of the game other than a slip of confidence by Silvestre which let the goal in. We had many chances and should have scored at least one of them, therefore I dont think its just to do with the midfield missing.

Harte pushed Solkjaer, yes his tackle was not good, but you get a free kick and get on with it, you dont start silly little pushes and attacks without thinking there wont be a retaliation from the player himself and team mates. That goes for any team/player in the game.

Leeds are

I wouldn't say that Rio was a tower at the back, I don't remember any ball winnig tackles but only a woeful pass that should have made it 2-0 and a few fouls and attacks on former team mates. And what is the big hubbub about O'shea? He was voted man of the match for no reason at chelsea and didn't look too assuring today either.

As for the not scoring, part is to be blamed on them missing key midfielders and without them they do not really win the ball and set up attacks. The other part is thinking they can spend £30 million on player to solve all of last years defensive problems and not using that cash wisely and bringing in a few quality players as cover. It wouldn't have been hard with some of the bargains in the summer like Gilberto and Geremi or even Marco di Vaio who has repeatedly scored for Parma and has gone on loan to Juve because of Parma's dire financial situation.

On a sidenote, Solskjaer is dirty little so and so, he hacks down Kewell in the penalty area causing a huge bust up where big ol' Rio comes bounding in to attack Harte and then Solskjaer walks away smiling.

Oh, and Beckham is dirty too. :)
