Can you name three consecutive days without using the words Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday?A beggar's brother died, but the man who died had no brother. How could that be?
A word I know, six letters it contains, subtract one, and twelve remains. What am I? > Chaos:

You seem to be picking all the ones I remember from primary school. Throughout my final year in primary school every day would be started with a riddle :-)
Bit of a long one here:
Two convicts are locked in a cell. There is an unbarred window high up in the cell. No matter if they stand on the bed or one on top of the other they can't reach the window to escape. They then decide to tunnel out. However, they give up with the tunneling because it will take too long. Finally one of the convicts figures out how to escape from the cell. What is his plan? 2. If you are rich enough to own 2 socks drawers then the answer to this is 1 because they are all neatly paired together :D
1. Eleven?
5. They were not playing each other - different games completely.
I'm rubbish at them. This is the kind of thing I was talking about and I'm still not sure what they are classed as....
"a man has been found dead in the middle of the forest"
What happened?
You ask questions to which I can only answer yes or no to solve the puzzle.

You're very good at this gr13ve, or am I only finding easy ones :/ sorry I'll try and get some really brain busting ones heh. Don't suppose you have anything?
1 - Your sock drawer contains twenty white socks and twenty black socks. If you're only allowed to take one sock at a time and it's dark, so you can't see what colour sock you're taking until you've taken it, how many socks do you have to take out of the drawer before you're guaranteed to have at least one matching pair?
2 - In your bigger sock drawer, you have 10 blue socks, eight brown socks, and twelve black socks. In complete darkness again, how many socks would you need to pull out to get a matching pair of the same colour?
3 - A word i know; six letters it contains; subract just one; and twelve is what remains.
4 - I went into the woods and got it; i sat down to seek it; I brought it home with me; because i couldn't find it. What?
5 - Two men were playing tennis. They played five sets and each man won three sets. How can this be possible?[S]Since I'm going soon, do you mind if I e-mail you the answers Machie? Or should I open a new thread with them in it?
