Indeed. I've just read an article dealing with it, and it doesn't sound like a whinge - more of a statement of fact. If he's tired, rest him - though he is a key player, it's not like we can't manage without him!

Most probably a bit of both, you can never trust the press but players are also intelligent enough to use the press to get their point across.

With Houllier it was stress of the job not "Shattered" syndrome yes footballers work hard to train and keep fit, but millions of people in this world work like donkey's to feed their families and keep their feet on the ground and earn nothing comapared to what footballers earn these days, and do you think they can turn round to their bosses and say im tired I need a break, ive been to the world cup played a few games, done nothing and had the rest of the summer off on Holiday and im still tired!!

You cant whinge about it, life goes on.
