Best prices I found
XP 2000+ - £70
A7V333 Mobo - £75
Dont know about the ram. Is it generic or what?
Crucial memory is about £116 but if its generic then its £95.
Total: £261 (with crucial memory)
Total: £240 (with generic memory)

...maybe, but is your customer service any good?
best price for that stuff I found was £245 (not advertising) and the customer service is very good + that includes a free 2 day delivery.

I could have got it to you cheaper.

Maybe it will be, but I've decided to leave it a while yet, mainly because I don't think my PC is old enough to fit a new mother boards just yet.
Tell you thing I am considering though, getting a new CPU for my exsisting motherboard, trouble is I don't know what speed my computer can be upgraded to. I read somewhere that fitting a new CPU isn't as easy as just buying the fastest one on the market and plugging it in, I read that you can only upgrade to a certain speed.
My question for anyone who can answer, How do I find out what speed my CPU can be upgraded to?

you can get this cheaper but the main thing you'll need to know is if it's compatable with your other stuff, e.g. hdd, soundcard (ISA) graphics card (AGP 4x/TNT) that kinda stuff, but it really depends on what you want and what you've got. If you've got an ATA/IDE hdd then that motherboard is fine, wether it's got enough PCI slots, big long list of 'whats'...

Fitting motherboards is easy, the main thing you need to watch out for are the metal screw supports!!! put one of these in the wong place and....goodnight motherboard :D
