Hello folks, I'm currently typing this standing up. Why? Well, I've been sent on a two day training course by work to learn VBA for Excel.

Sounds cool, apart from the fact that they are currently going through the basics and I'm waiting for the jucy part. The internet is on a single machine in the Reception, hence the standing up part and, yes, there is only one PC too, so I have to keep looking around to see if anyone else wants it.

At least I go home at 5pm, which means more Halo tonight, yahoo!

Does the receptionist not have a chair. She could suffer DVT. Well, it's possible...

They are pretty much covering everything bar the more complicated routines, so everything that anyone would need to creating macros and commands to automate excel tasks. It's pretty much a universal language too, so I'm hoping to use it for other programming things as well as excel.

And, yes, if you mean creating input boxes and such, they are showing us that, and I may well be on MSN tonight should you need to know!

What do you mean by the basics, pbster? Are they not showing you how to enter values into the boxes?

I hope they are, because then you can teach me.
