well i need a lot more posts but i dont really care because i dont really see the point in becoming a regular or even SPAMMING to try and be one, because if you spam you will get banned and that is why FM's idea was more appropriate to JATs and newbies just like my-self.

If they scrapped the wordcount rule for being a regular and ditched the top posters tables that would abolish spam overnight.

They could introduce a more profitable scheme by letting JATs be JATs for 4 days, newbies be newbies until they sign up for Special Reserve Membership, and once they do that they become Regulars.

This:

a) Ends spam
b) Produces revenue for SR thereby helping to drive down the price of games.
c) Leaves Notables with their God-like status.

Maybe if they increased the Word count you need then people would try and post longer posts. I reached the word count target well before I reached the posts target.

sometimes i think this system doesnt work encourages more spam.....

You could spam, but people will dislike you.

Just have patience, you'll change colour before ya know it!
