In addition to that, apparently there is a lot of fogging in the PS2 version of Turok - does anyone know if this is the case in the GC version
As for the GC pad i think, with the right people working on it, it could become a good pad.
And i find the L and R ok as most games i play dont use the click so you only need to put a little effort for it to respond, i didnt find that the gun wouldnt shoot until i pressed to the click, far from it.
Halo, i found those controls good.
The GC is good, but for some reason they havent found the right layout for shooters.
Which version to get it on? hummmm well i would say the GC as the price doesnt bother me, but if it does and you dont mind loading times go for the PS2 one.

They're using the extra time to fully optimise the Cubes special lighting effects and whatnot apprently.
And some report said the X-box has better graphics, but the Cube version has a better frame rate.
Turok was apparently devloped on the Gamecube, then ported to PS2 and Xbox. Yet both PS2 and Xbox versions are out today, and the GC version isn't available until next week.
Strange, no?
No.
Get yourself one of those carbon fibre jobbies with all the trimmings.
Rubber hand grips that actually warm your hands while you play.
