But think about it. Logically, if Sum weren't so big fewer people would have heard of them, and you can't hate something you've never heard of...
Anyway, enough negativity...
They're almost as s**t as Blink 182, and they BLATANTLY nicked the name....
Sum 14, Blink 182; Extraordinary coincedence? I think not.....

no i hate them because their cr@p ........ oh and the other reasons i stated. :)
...Their music is just a bit, err, samey!
One group i'll pick on is Sum 41 just basically because of a few things.
1. They totally murdered a piece of Music genius when they did their rendition of No Sleep Til Brooklyn by The Beastie Boys. I couldn't even figure out what they were singing until they finally said the title. That peeved me off. Why couldn't MTV get the Beasties themselves at the award bash i mean they practically put your little station on the map how about showing some respect?
2. and secondly just because they exist in general with their crappy music. Now as i know every band in the world reads these forums (.........they do you know) let me address something to the little b!tches of Sum 41. You are not the Beastie Boys, you will never EVER be as good as the Beastie Boys and you and no one else for that matter will be able to reproduce the unique sound that the Beasties did and still do. I can't wait until February next year when The Beasties come back with some new s**t and drop some science on these little punks and the rest of the wannabes.
(can you tell i'm a fan of the Beasties? i hope i hid it well :) )
> Heh. Surely they can't be THAT bad...
It's just full on Acoustic shouting out "I AM EMO" and I hate that.
It's basically the same as S Club Juniors in America. Just as popular.
