Can anyone tell me what level i should be, to start do do dragon slayer on Runescape.Could i use ranging or my hally against the dragon?

Dragon Slayer is alot easier than most think. If you've got a halberd, stand behind one of the small rocks, and the dragon won't be able to attack you, but you can attack it. Mage or range from behind rocks. I did it at level 40 with a whole inventory of lobsters. Used about 24 of them, but managed to do it (with a rune scimitar aswell)
i did it at lvl 50 and after i had finished i was lvl 57
my att str def were all about 45 when i started i took 5 shark and the rest of my inventory was lobsters!!

I advise you get up your prayer use protect against melee then just slice it to death.
