Breakfast of Champions by Kurt Vonnegut

It rocked.
Vonnegut believed, when he wrote this, that all characters in a novel should be treated with same importance, whether they be a lead character or not. Now that doesn't mean that the book has 400 lead characters, it just means that he doesn't use bit-characters whose sole role is to interact with the main character in order to achieve a particular end. It sounds complicated but it's a brilliant novel and all the better for it.

One of my new favourite books.

Just read Porno by Irvine Welsh, or 'Trainspotting 2' to the lay person. Ace it was too, mostly written in colloquial Scottish, but being half Scottish myself I'm more than capable of figuring what the word 'isnae' means. Plus, it has the most gratuitous use of the 'C' word I've ever seen, which is always a plus.

What next? Hmm, Grix seems to think Choke is a good 'un, might give that a try. Survivor was pretty good, so I'll give it a pop.

Playing the Moldovans at Tennis. Excellent book written by Tony Hawks (Not the skater, the comedian)

Just could'nt put it down, so damn addicted. The title is a bit deceptive, it sounds like a pathetic joke, but he DID actually do it.

Some funny parts as well.

Top Class.
